How we work together very much depends on your circumstances and what you want. Generally we have a talk in person or over the phone to find out what your situation is and to give you a chance to get to know me a little better. I will make some suggestions about what might be appropriate and you can make a choice at your leisure if any of what we have discussed suits you. There is no pressure at any time and you should be clear that there is no obligation at all on your part to work with me.
Though there are many areas where there is crossover and much of the underpinning of the the processes is similar, loosely speaking, Personal Coaching tends to be about areas where you want to develop and move forwards in your life, and Therapy tends to be working you through difficult circumstances or feelings.
Typical Therapy areas might be:
You might just not feel right and need to talk through what is happening to resolve it. You will not necessarily know what the issue is and would use therapy to understand and resolve it. There is a much more comprehensive description here.

With Coaching you will usually have a reasonable idea of what you want to change but could use some assistance, guidance or an effective process for achieving it. There is a much more comprehensive description here.
